Norcold 10DC door tabs breaking off

I had one tab break off on my Norcold about 10 years ago. I just moved the tray up one slot and haven't had any further breaks. I do remember a post years ago where somebody used a piece of metal, I think it was a bent wire coat hanger to repair one of their broken tabs. I'm not claiming to have read and remembered anywhere near all of the posts from the past. But other than that one post I don't remember anybody else talking about it.
