Sounds like the snap-disc t-stat that controls the fan on/off is failing.
Fridge in slide out?
May be able to get to it via top vent cover.
It is attached to a fin on upper condenser tubing.
Turns fan on at 130*F and back off at 115*F (condenser tubing temp)
