Norcold 1210 with replacement cooling unit propane blows out on the road

there are a few things you should check first, make sure the flame is strong and proper, if not clean ithe burner and the orfice with a small brush and vaccume.  a build up of rust and carbon can make it more suceptable to blow out.  the second is the thermal couple,  make sure it is working in top shape, if it is week it could cause this also.  if thoes are fine then look at baffeling
