Norcold 1211 drip problem

Our Norcold 1211 4-door refrigerator has constant dripping from the ceiling of the refrigerator compartment. I think the drips form in the front.

Has anyone else experienced this and what did you do about it?

    IS the 'flapper' on left door warm to touch?

    It is energized whenever fridge is on.
    It is powered by the three pins in upper left door jam, if any pins are bent/stuck it can fail.

    Air leaking into food compartment will cause 'dripping'
