My heating element is brand new and ohms out good even though my line voltage is at 108 the limits are 108-132 it should still work at 108 or why put those limits there? but i will try a direct line from the house and see what it does odds are it still won't work, but i hope I'm wrong and if i am wrong what would cause my line voltage to be decreased?
