The settlement is limited to models 1200, N8, N6 manufactured between specific dates and excludes any personal injury or property damages, those are dealt with separately.
If you currently own a 1200 frigs you get 25 shares, if you used to own one and spent money repairing it, you get 1 to 25 shares depending on how much you can document spending on repairs; if you used to own one but didn't pay for any repairs you only get 1 share. if you own a N8 or N6 you get 5 shares and a 3 yr extended warranty for tube cracks. How much is a share worth? that depends on how many folks file a claim by the deadline. of the $36 million proposed settlement, the lawyers will get about 1/3 or $12 million, leaving about $24 million to be divided by X million shares from claimants.

It means if you have not paid for repairs you will receive $3.00 to $65.00. I foyu paid for repairs, you will receive between $75.00 and $3,000.00. It depends on how many file claims as to how much you receive.
