Norcold fridge stock hinges versus heavy duty hinges

I keep hitting a dead end on Norcold model N821 fridge hinges. Doing a search on here just lead to more questions. A search on here turns up nothing for past year, but several posts that are over a y...

I never travel with anything in the door and have never had a hinge problem. All of the "stuff" we keep in doors can be heavy. The hinges just aren't up to it I guess. I was warned of this by my delivering dealer service manager.
