Have a norcold fridge in my lance camper. For whatever reason it will not run on AC power. IT only will run on Propane. Light inside works fine. Stays cold on propane no issues. Any suggestions to...

Check the receptacle under the outside cover for power. If that’s good there’s a fuse on the fridge control board that may be blown. Lastly the electric element itself could be bad.
Do you get any error codes when you put it on AC mode or does it just not get cold?
