Check to see if your GFI is tripped a bad 120 volt element will trip the GFI. If GFI is good check to see if you have 120 volts where the refer plugs in. If GFI and 120v outlet is good. Next check the ohm reading between the two leads of the element,(manual will give you an ohm reading range)if not shorted or open plug 120 volt element directly into 120 volt outlet, if cooling works you know the problem is in the circuit board,fuses or connections.
