1. You changed the regulator but that does NOT always translate to the correct LP pressure. You need to verify the LP pressure at 11.5 inches W/C. Failure to do that just means you are spinning your wheels.
2. Is the refer in a slide room? If so, that may mean the LP line is slightly kinked and not supplying the correct volume of gas to the refer.
3. The USUAL cause of low performance with a separation in the Flue and ammonia pipe is on the 120 side, NOT the LP side.
4. You do NOT state how old the refer is and if it has the original Norcold cooling unit.
5. Has this always been a problem on LP or it just started this?
6. All other items you have tried was futile as ALL the 120 and LP does is supply HEAT. As long as the HEAT BTU's are at spec, the controls react all the same on both 120 and LP.
7. HOW did you clean the Baffle? Have you verified the baffle is in good shape and not burnt or melted. A Bad baffle will indeed cause low cooling performance on LP. The purpose of the spiral baffle is to dispurse the hot flame evenly on the boiler tube. Without a functioning baffle the flame would go straight up the Chimney and not transfer any heat. Doug
