Norcold N611 Wire Shelves
We recently bought a used Winnebago View equipped with a Norcold N611 refrigerator. I'm not sure how it happened, but all the full size wire shelves were missing. So off to replace them, how hard could it be? :R
Went online to my favorite store, Amazon.com and ordered three wire shelves, like this:

Two days later (I'm a prime member) this arrived:

So I assumed it had to be a mistake so I returned the elbow joints and ordered 3 more wire shelves.
Two days later, I get this:

I looked at it a little more closely and noticed each was labeled with a the same part number as the Norcold wire shelves but from a different manufacturer. Assuming there was a problem in stocking that was probably resolved when I returned the first order, I returned these and ordered the shelves for a third time.
Two days later, I received this:

This time, I contacted customer support and explained the problem. The nice young man sent me a refund and initiated a stock check. He said when I saw the shelves in stock again, I could safely reorder. Later that day, I saw the shelves listed as out of stock.
So, last week, I saw that the wire shelves were finally back in stock. Ordered three, and two days later received this:

With an addition:

I give up! My very handy fuzzy hubby fabricated replacement shelves from Home Depot materials. Not as pretty but functional, and heavier weight rating:

Now I think I may have to return the stove I bought from Amazon, it doesn't cook very well. Can anyone here see a problem?
