Norcold N611LT refrigerator

Question

My refrigerator usually works great,but the green light on front panel often goes off for hours, then back on again.
(could this just be a defrost cycle or something maybe?)
I just bought this rv used two weeks ago, and am *hoping* it's nothing major!($$)

A Norcold that has the defrost cycle will only go into Defrost mode for a few hours every 48 to 54 hours. It just shuts the cooling process down for about 2 hours. I do NOT know if the green indicator light goes off at that time. Remember, every 48 to 54 hours just for a few hours. If yours does this sooner than that, you have another problem. Doug
