I called the factory this morning and they referred me to a local mobile tech here in Southern California, Howard Chadwick. He was on-site within 2 hours and had identified the disconnected 12V line behind the main fuse panel within an hour. All covered under warranty and the ice blocks did their job as well. Everything is still frozen. Thanks to all who responded so quickly with much good advice. It helped me answer all the right questions on the phone and get quick acknowledgement of responsibility from the factory.
