Norcold Refrigerator Problem (but not Freezer)

My 5-year old RV has a two-door Norcold Model N611RT. Been working great on gas or AC. All of a sudden, when set in AC mode, only the freezer will get cold...not the refrigerator. When in gas mode,...

The odds are you are NOT cooling in AC mode. That means your AC 120 element is NOT operating. 2 things that will cause that.
1. The AC element is defective
2. The 5 amp fuse for the 120 element on the control board is blown. IF that fuse blows, then you need to replace the 120 element as it is causing the problem (fuse blowing). Doug
