Doug if it is the cooling fans what is next. Thanks
You have 2 fans and also a Fan tstat. The Fan tstat is mounted on the rear upper condensor fins. There is NO WAY to verify Fan operation without pulling the refer out of the cabinet. There is no access. If you do not hear the fans running, odds are they have either failed or more common the fan tstat has failed. The correct fix if the fans are not working is to pull the refer and replace BOTH fans and the Fan tstat. After 6 years, that is about the normal life span of the fans and tstat. I also run 2 wires from the fan tstat down the back of the refer to then have a way to bypass the tstat if it fails in the future and also to jump those 2 wires to run the fans continuously if needed. . PS, another cause of failed fans is, you have pulled the cover off the rear control board which requires removing the various wires to the control board. If you reverse the large White and Black wires when reinstalling the cover, your fans will not operate, This is common when people do a NO CO lock out and this will not cause any other issues other than the fans are inop.
