My neighbor's fridge is warming. I have a different kind but I suggested she try it on gas so she did but no change. What else could be the culprit? We checked the fuses and breakers. Circuit board? ...

Are you talking about the coils inside the refrigerator or the ones on the back of it? When on gas can you hear/see/feel the burner is on?
