On the eastern shore of Virginia for a month. No having problems. Everything checks out unit running on gas, idiot lights are on. The refrigeratorIs still not getting cold. Even put in one of those little fans. No help. Any Ideas? It’s a 2016 Norcold.

whens last time burner was cleane?? how hot is it outside? is the sun facing the frig? these units don,t work very well in hi heat.

Any type of discoloration in the outside access?I agree as to when was last time stack was cleaned? When was burner cleaned?Norcold model number?

Are the external fans working? Our stopped and we couldn't keep the frig cold. Had morning sun and it was hot. We didn't have awning out because of wind. Hubby installed computer fan to blow up in outside compartment, we pulled our awning for shade and frig is now running at 34 degrees. Made about a 10 degree difference. Check fans to see if working.

Just how long has fridge been ON?Is RV level?What does flame look like.....Strong steady BLUE and just reaching up inside of flue opening ---centered?Does it run on AC?What model of Norcold?

Look around the shield where the burner is as the boiler most common leak area. If there is any greenish yellow stain its toast.
