Norcold Thermostat

I have a 98 coleman grandview sp with a norcold n323 fridge. I had to replace the thermostat as the capillary tube broke. On the back of the new one is some adjustment screws. How do you use them? The diagram points to colder being with the "cut in" but it doesn't say whether you turn clockwise or counter clockwise to make it cut in sooner.

That is what I figured. Just isn't very intuitive.

Yes it is. The old part was discontinued and this one was the substitute part number and has the added adjustment feature

There is no dial for this thermostat. Just those two little screws at the bottom in the picture.
