Saudi Arabia is trying to fund an elemental changeover away from oil as the income-earner -- good luck with that.
But they demand something must be done to increase crude prices to above 80 dollars a barrel. The absolute overwhelming majority of Saudi oil goes to china and japan. If Iran and Venezuela were part of the supply pool their pressure would make a major spike unlikely.
Ninety dollar crude oil is as sure as the sun rising in the east. And the price of diesel in Brasil? Sure it's cheap THERE IS NO MARKET FOR IT DIESEL ENGINES ARE FORBIDDEN BY LAW. Alcohol city and it gives half the mileage and twice the price.
