Bayite DC 6.5V-100V Digital ammeter voltmeter Amazon suggested this for me and I'm thinking for $20 I might just give it a try. Has very good reviews too.

I see it has two versions, 0-20A and 0-100A. The 0-20 would prob be more accurate in that range, but 0-100 would be more useful I think.
