Bayite DC 6.5V-100V Digital ammeter voltmeter Amazon suggested this for me and I'm thinking for $20 I might just give it a try. Has very good reviews too.

I also picked up one of the cheap units, but I can not figure out how to program the thing. No programing instructions came with it. I played with it and about the only consistent action I get out of if it is the voltage and depowering it to rest anything that it might have registered. Help!
