It will not say RELAY on it but Flasher. How to ID. If you activate the turn signal or flasher and it's working you can hear it (it is what makes the click, click) and possibly feel it if you touch likely
As two of us have said Fuses are in two places. one is the main chassis fuse box (under hood) the other is the COnvience block to the left of the driver's foot.
NOTE: Some of the fuses on that block. >Well the body builder hooked mine up weird so some of the fuses are not what they should be,, IE: Air Conditioner (HEVAC) is AXU-1 instead of "Heater" as it should be.
