- Reno55ExplorerThere are 4 relays under the dash panel. When the turn signals are on, The relay on the far right of the four click like a regular turn signal flasher. I have no information what the other 3 relays are for. I do know that to work the four way, you push down the button on top of the steering column. I currently have a Ford 1 Ton 4x4 pick-up. On that truck, it uses regular flashers. Once again, this is on a F53 chassis.
- Reno55ExplorerMy chassis is a F53.

- Lt46Explorer IIOn my 1997 Winnebago, the electronic flasher is located on the inside firewall, right behind the brake pedal. Send me a private message w/ email and I can send you both a picture and the schematic drawing if you'd like.
- sundancer268ExplorerOn every vehicle I have ever worked on, the Turn Signal and Hazard Warning Flashers were located next to each other. If you activate on the Turn Signals and stich your head into all the electrical compartments, under the dash and in the engine compartment you should hear the flasher clicking, unless someone installed one of the newer electronic units or if your system is computer controlled like the newer cars & Trucks.
- Executive45Explorer IIIMine is in the lower run bay under the driver's seat...Dennis
- JanssExplorer IIMy button is on top of the steering column.
