I had the same problem, after 2 hours of tracing the red wire(hot), to find the fuse that I'm sure was blown.
tracked it back to where we heard the clicking for the battery disconnect (under the bed, behind the converter with all the fuses in it.
Removed a piece of plywood under the bed and found 3 fuses next to the box that clicks when you disconnect the house battery. One was blown (5 amp), replaced it and all is good again. Just find where the click is coming from by your converter and search nearby.
Wish we did that before tracing a wire for 2 hours. Saved 2 hours of labor at my local rv repair facility, and learned something along the way.
