I'm not sure they are saying greaseless. They are removing the inner band that hold the bearings in place and cutting a groove/slot in the outer sleeve. Just a small race to hold the ball bearing from moving too far too fast when the bearing turns. They claim a 10 to 1 reduction in resistance. The demo was very interesting.
