Nuwave induction cooker
Hi all, I tested my nuwave on a 1000 watt pure sine wave inverter. I could use the 375 F setting. 425 F caused the inverter to overload.

Why the interest in Induction cook tops? Propane cooking is very efficient and there is a reason why ALL professional stoves are gas driven.
