Nuwave induction cooker
Hi all, I tested my nuwave on a 1000 watt pure sine wave inverter. I could use the 375 F setting. 425 F caused the inverter to overload.

Pros:
Less heat inside RV
Faster than propane
Instant heat and temp change
Constant even heat
Cons:
Requires a pretty good electrical load, but only when actually running and the heat setting.
I have one and I have never used my propane stove since I got it.
