Replace with a normal household metal faucet. Even if yours came with a lifetime warranty, it would just mean repetitive pains of replacement again and again - not worth it.
Beware that many faucets in Home Depot and other stores these days are not metal, though look like metal - it says "non-metallic" in description. Siver-ish paint on plastic will peel off soon.
Metal faucets fail too, especially single-handle type (and those are more expensive to repair).
PS: yes, Loctite would fix those el-cheapo screws in plastic... forever :). When cartridges fail and the time comes to replace the faucet, you'll cut it off and buy a better faucet.
