O2 sensor location F53 chassis, 1996 Ford 460?

I think my O2 sensor is going and am hoping it's something I can reach and change out myself. Can someone tell me where it is and what's the best access to it? Also, if you have any tips about changin...

the best I can say it is located after the headers and before the catalytic converter. You don't mention which side but you may do better from underneath.
