O2 sensor location F53 chassis, 1996 Ford 460?

I think my O2 sensor is going and am hoping it's something I can reach and change out myself. Can someone tell me where it is and what's the best access to it? Also, if you have any tips about changing it or what part number I need, I'm all ears!
