11.4V is a very discharged battery. Apparently they confirmed your voltage. Did they charge or load check it?
66 CCA is a starting battery spec (and a small one). You indicate a deep cycle battery??? Is it a marine deep cycle battery?
For house batteries you want a AH spec like say 100AH.
