My guess is, cold weakens human body,I never catch cold in summer only winter,,Asians deal with colds and flu and viruses by wearing masks,maybe more people should use those here too..

I havent had flu in ages,just regular cold,working outside at minus 15C was the cause this time,,
,eat Tylenol pils with 500mg ACetaminophen every few hrs,helps clear my sinuses..in about a week..
I also eat raw garlic with every meal,,garlic is an imunizer,,
