Thank you everyone for the feedback.
Here are some answers to questions from you folks:
1. We are at southern home now: AZ
2. 30 amp service installed by relative on outside of house.
3. opened 30 amp box for rv and see 2 30 amp breakers with bar on front to essentially flip both breakers on at one time, not individually.
4. Thank you for offering to rescue us with home visit unless your helicopter is a snowbird too. :) I appreciate the offer Oregonian to Oregonian!
5. Do I call an electrician to check it out or is there something else I could do as a process of elimination and fix this mess ourselves?
