    I think they lump a lot of those reviews together sometimes. I've seen reviews for a product that is definitely not the item pictured, but is similar.

    Funny part is people say they are measuring DC current in the reviews- makes you wonder how valid the reviews are.
    My main meter (Fluke 116) doesn't do hi current DC (it does do microamps), so I bought this Tenma to go with it.

    If you read the specs you'll see it just does AC current, not DC current. Which makes it about the same price as lots of others out there.

    You can't. The clamp is AC only, as shown on the first three positions. And it also says "AC Clamp Meter" above the display.

    It has a vague and somewhat misleading description.
