Ok to run refer at an angle if on electricity?
My driveway is at an angle maybe 8 degrees. Think it's ok to run the refer if on AC? Not sure if it's always level or just on propane it must be level.

Definitely not okay without leveling the RV. It's the cooling system itself, not the burner, that needs to be reasonably level.
8 degrees is quite steep, a 15 percent grade! Lucky you; I hope you don't get much snow or ice.
