Here is what I futher found out. Well, it may not be the oil level switch. It was running for a while with the oil level switch disconnected but started the same problem. It dies as soon as I let go of the start switch. Upon doing some research, I adjusted the sensitivity screw half turn clockwise, then it started working again! Maybe this adjustment was the problem from the beginning. So if you are having the same problem, I'd suggest adjusting the sensitivity screw first and see. It has been working over a month every time!
