No, does not matter.
the power leads are connected to the leftmost section of the black top connector (labeled L0), to the circuit breakers (they are already connected in your picture).. the two black wires you have to the 'load' (lights, furnace, water heater), connect to the other side of the circuit breaker. (load is top of the wiring diagram)
all of the other wires connect to the same place, UNDER the big connector. where I boxed on the pic.
