Onan 6.5RV 3CR-16020P Generator Battery charging?

Does the 6.5 RV 3CR-16020P have a built in Battery Charger? The reason I am asking is that if I disconnect the battery the generator shuts off. My Kohler Generator only needs the battery to start an...

No Onan RV Genset has a built in charger. The choke should move if you move that wire. the wire should be loose to move and not rigid. Doug
