Onan EC-AGS+

I just ordered and received the Onan EC-AGS+. The website was a little unclear on compatibility but all indications was it would work with my Onan QG-4000. But when I downloaded the installation manual the QG-4000 is not listed as being compatible. I did some Google searches and haven’t found anything on my specific generator but I found a couple of discussion about other generators that weren’t on the list where people installed it and just some of the features wouldn’t work. Like the auto start when the batteries were low. I can’t use that feature anyway as I have Lithium batteries and the manual says the low battery auto start doesn’t work with Lithium anyway. Anybody know?
