I don't believe the oil is over-filled, it was filled by the shop
when they changed the oil and filter. I did check the oil level, itwas good! A few squirts of oil drops shot out when I turned it over without the plugs, but only from the side of the generator near the access door. I was thinking that cylinder had oil in it from the generator laying on its side to install??
The battery and connections are cleaned, voltage to battery over 12V.
I turned it over with allen wrench, could tell when it was on compression stroke as it became hard to turn, or could be exhaust stroke if exhaust was plugged (according to another post).
OF course without plugs, turns over quickly.
