Onan Microquiet 4k control board bad?
Hello everyone,
Does the following sound like a bad control board, or some other issue?
see video here

1.Push start button, Generator starts and runs
2.Push stop button to cut off and starter motor continues to run.
3.Pull one of the small wires off starter solenoid and starter motor stops.
4.When the wire is connected again the starter motor starts cranking the generator but it will not start.
5.Disconnect solenoid wire again and starter motor stops.
6.Push and hold start button , when red light comes on, reconnect the wire to the starter solenoid and the generator will start and run.
7.Push stop button and you are back to #2 (2.Push stop button to cut off and starter motor continues to run.)
8.Disconnect small wire from starter solenoid again to stop starter motor from turning.
9.Disconnect power cable from battery for a few seconds then reconnect.
10.Reconnect small wire to starter solenoid now starter motor will not turn and generator will not crank until the start button in pushed again.
Thanks for any insight to my problem
I bought the generator used a few years ago, I had no idea how many hours were on it . but it was clean and appeared to have not been used very much.
After 25 hours of service had problems with it cutting off, took it to an Onan service center $700 and a new control board it worked fine.
Now at 100 hours this problem has surfaced.
