OK, no the set does not crank at all.. Only thing that happens is the little red light starts blinking on the switch, both places on the gen set itself and inside the coach.. I did try pushing the boost button and then hit the switch and nothing.. Today I replaced the coach batteries and tomorrow I'll be replacing the chassis batteries. I checked the chassis batteries today for voltage and they were at around 12.85 volts for the longest time, then within a half hour I was watching my meter and they dropped to 10.89 very quickly. Pulled the battery cables off and checked the batteries for voltage and 10.90. So, that makes me think the batteries for the chassis are shorting out inside.. I be making a trip to Interstate batteries tomorrow for a couple new 1000cca, I'm sure they'll be really inexpensive right???? Cause you know that when you own an RV everything is cheap.. I'll keep you guys posted on what I come up with, thanks for all the advice... Oh, and yes I will try the wiring harness thing and try to clean up the connections.. Thanks.
