Opinions from other repair techs re: replacing rubber roof?

Progressive has by far the worst adjusters and repair policies in the auto, boat, rv, truck, and whatever in the repair business. Geico is right behind although in my years at least the adjusters were well trained and polite.
Progressive's adjusters used to show up at 4:45 PM to write a heavy hit and expected us to stay around for hours while they penised with the estimate. That didn't happen.
Fight them to the end or they will expect subpar repairs every time.
