Opinions on my battery charging profile (solar)

I am curious about what others with battery charging expertise think about what I'm doing to my batteries. Am I damaging them or shortening their lifespan? Quick background, I installed 280 watts ...

In the summer while parked at home it's daily. Right now in winter I peek in there less frequently, maybe a couple times a week. Sometimes it's in float, sometimes not. Daylight is short and we've had snow several times.
