- ktmrfsExplorer IIwell your not alone. our oven is similar. My solution was to just relabel the knob with correct temperatures. Seldom need anything above 375 for baking and it will go that high pretty easily, just not per the original knob.
- j-dExplorer IIWe use our oven every trip. Recently looked at the beautiful new Alleqro RED, and "What? No Oven?" At least on the lowly WinTasca C's and A Gassers, Oven's an option!

We use ours all the time. It is a feature that I paid for, it is a feature that I paid for, so yes we enjoy having it.
Do you really use one of those ovens?? We thought it was just a place to store pans and such.
Reading here about how many (I have even known a few) don't use many features of their TTs makes me wonder why they bought one.
Some don't use the oven, microwave, shower or toilet.
Heck they could have bought a box trailer for a whole lot less money and been just as happy.

Our TT is our home away from home. There are times when we take in the flavor of the local restaurants and other times when we are not barbequing outdoors, we enjoy home cooked/baked meals indoors. :) - 2oldmanExplorer IIAn IR thermometer works ok too. Just don't leave it in the oven!

Is there anyway to adjust the temperature of the oven in an Atwood RV stove? 300 degrees when set to 350. Doesn't seem to get any hotter even if I turn it up.

NO the only way is to replace the theromstat..
HOW do I know this... Same problem
What did I do: I put a stickert on it "Set Thermostat 50 degrees above recipe recommendation" or words to that effect
To the person who ask "how do you know" Oven thermometer, get one at any Kitchen or hardware store. I also know how to calibrate them. - Dusty_RExplorer

Pull off the knob and look down the control shaft to see if there is a screw slot. If so, turn the screw half a turn and see which way the temperature goes and how much. Adjust accordingly.

Or inside/backside of the knob for an adjustment.

You have been parked at the beachfront spot for a couple of days, fishing, drinking some cocktails, hanging out in the hot tub and you want a snack.....
You check the oven and your crispy chicken taquitos, pizza, Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuits or even some Costco chicken pablano firecrackers are ready to munch on, you will enjoy using the oven. - srd1941ExplorerJoe
Thanks, I'll give it a look in the morning.

Yes we use the oven quite a bit, just not when it's blazing hot out.
