I had the same "problem" with my AC unit. The way it's wired is for the fan to run continuously when turned on. I rewired it so the fan came on and off with the compressor. It was a very simple fix.
However, we were less comfortable. It seemed like the camper got too hot between AC compressor cycles. I've sense put the wiring back the way it was. Now the fan runs all the time and I don't worry about it.
