Overhead bed spot lights out, side lights too

If you have no power at the bulb socket or switch, and all of the fuses are OK I would start tracing the wires back to their source. When doing this you are going to find a break in the wire or a loose connection somewhere. Could possibly be a ground wire is corroded or has come loose not allowing the circuit to be completed. JMO
This is what I suspect as well - I'll have to wait until the outside temps are a bit above 10 degrees before I begin digging into walls!
