Below 50",1080p is kind of not necessary. Besides, if you're watching broadcast TV, it's all 720p anyways.

mexicowanderer, the answer to that is yes, I tried it today with 12.3 volts under load on my beat up T 1275. Works fine. I'd find an old used 2013 for sale if you can if $$$ are tight. I don't really need 1080p on a 24" class TV, it is overkill.

Now pair this with a Sony BDP-S3200 bluray player that has an advertised spec of 9.5W and we'll be finished spending your money! :B

Samsung draws bout 2.6 amps 2.55 amps when I remove the always on parasitic draw shown here. There is less amps to be drawn when the 150w inverter gets taken out of the circuit and I go direct to 12v from the battery 12 power outlet. I've no idea how much amps get added to the suck by the inverter, but it is part of that 2.8 amps.
