A small backyard or rooftop solar kit is easy. I could build one today to charge an electric vehicle - maybe even make it a kit that I could sell to neighbors.
Solar generated power could and can exist where it's needed.
It wouldn't surprise me to see flexible solar panels mounted to vehicle roof tops.
