To make it easy to run the wires in my setup, I ran 2 #10s from each of my two 80W panels and paralleled them at the controller. This reduced the need for fat wire from the panels.
I have the Morningstar 45W PWM controller as well, and a MS remote meter.
For my uses, this setup has served me well.
